Nothing can beat a freshly picked peach from Rock Hill Orchard.  We grow many different varieties so we can have new rows of trees ready each week from early July to early September.  Our youngest son assures us that 14 peaches is the most that one can eat in one day!

No Reservations required this year.

Peach Picking Tips

Pick a "firm" peach from the tree and then let it ripen at home.  Peaches (unlike apples) will ripen off the tree.  Roll the peaches off the tree with your cupped hand so that you don't leave finger prints.  Then put them gently into your basket.  We provide bags or cardboard boxes to pick into to minimize the possibility of the peaches getting squished. If you want to keep your peaches for several days, store them in the refrigerator, then take out and put on the counter for several days before eating.

Note: The days below are very dependent upon the weather...  The numbers (e.g. -30) mean the number of days before or after Redhaven peaches are ready. For 2023, it appears we are running 7-10 days ahead of schedule.
